  Free Travel Marketing Resources Available through TxDOT’s Travel Information Division TxDOT’s Travel Information Division honors its mission to inspire travel to and within Texas by offering free resources to industry partners and communities that connect them with a travel-hungry public. Highlights include free exposure in a number of publications including Texas State Travel Guide and Texas Highways Events Calendar. Complete Guide to OfferingsResources  Bulk Order Free Texas Travel Publications Bulk order free Texas travel publications – Texas State Travel Guide, Texas Highways Events Calendar, Texas Official Travel Map, and more – for distribution in your visitor centers.  Update Your Texas State Travel Guide Listing Send information or updates to your Texas State Travel Guide listings to TRV_GUIDE@txdot.gov. The deadline for the 2025 edition is June 30. Information also is available to submit updates online. Update Your Info Showcase Your Events For Free Submit free event listings for the quarterly Texas Highways Events Calendar. The next deadline is June 1 for the Fall (Sept.-Nov.) calendar. For questions, email TexasEvents@txdot.gov. Submit Your Events Partner with Travel Centers Collaborate with the Division’s 12 Texas Travel Information Centers, which host millions of visitors each year, at strategic locations around the state. Use the Centers to display qualifying travel literature or set up a booth to promote your destination.
