The Tall in Texas Award is presented to an individual nominated from the TTA membership for their outstanding contributions to the Texas Travel and Tourism Industry and to the Texas Travel Alliance. Tall in Texas Award Recipient List CriteriaEligibilityMust be a TTA member or an employee of a member organization. Nomination RequirementsNominee should be an Industry professional whose commitment to and influence upon Travel and Tourism has changed the face of the Industry on a local, regional or state-wide level. The recipient’s history of involvement with the Texas Travel Alliance, experience and contributions to the Texas Travel Industry, and demeanor should exhibit the highest degree of professionalism, dedication and hospitality. Additional Criteria for SelectionLasting Effect on Industry Commitment and Industry Participation Demonstrated Teamwork and Leadership Qualified NominatorsTTA Member or an employee of a member organization. The 2025 Tall in Texas Award will be presented at the 2025 Texas Travel Summit in October in San Antonio.
