ABOUT TEXAS TRAVEL EXPO

Texas Travel Expo, held alongside TxDOT’s Texas Travel Counselors Conference (TTCC), is an annual trade show that provides destinations and attractions with direct access to the counselors who serve as frontline experts at Travel Information Centers, CVB visitor centers, Texas State Parks, and Texas Highways magazine. These trusted professionals guide millions of travelers each year and help keep your offerings top of mind statewide.

NOTE: If you are interested in attending the full week of the Texas Travel Counselors Conference (TTCC), please email both Jennifer Roush at jennifer@texastravelalliance.org and Elizabeth Watson at elizabeth.watson@txdot.gov. TTCC's registration will be available in January.

Materials to bring to Texas Travel Expo: Approximately 90 copies of a one-sheet with your newest attractions, events and information that each travel counselor will bring back to their visitors/information centers to share with other staff and use to counsel travelers planning to visit your area of the state. It is preferred that brochures be shipped directly to the centers. In addition gifts are not allowed to be given and cannot be accepted by the TTCC attendees. 

REGISTRATION

Early Bird Rates:

Member Early-bird Rate - $425/booth

Non-member Early-bird Rate - $525/booth

Additional persons in booth - $140/person

*Early-bird rates end at 5 PM on February 27, 2026.  After February 27, 2026, the regular rate will apply.

Regular Rates:

Member Regular Rate - $525/booth

Non-Member Rate - $625/booth

Additional persons in booth - $140/person

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds can be issued until 5 PM on March 13, 2026. No refunds will be issued after 5 PM on March 13, 2026.
