(Austin, TX) Oct. 14, 2025 - The Texas Travel Alliance (TTA) is proud to announce Brad Wuest, President and Owner of Natural Bridge Caverns, as the recipient of the 2025 Tall in Texas Award, presented at the 40th Annual Texas Travel Summit held October 1st – 3rd in San Antonio.

In Texas, we celebrate those who stand tall - not just in stature, but in spirit, service, and impact. Brad Wuest exemplifies all three. Under his visionary leadership, Natural Bridge Caverns has evolved from a single cave tour into a world-class destination, offering immersive underground experiences and thrilling above-ground adventures that captivate visitors from around the globe.

Brad’s contributions to the travel and tourism industry extend far beyond the Caverns. A longtime advocate for Texas tourism, he has served on the Texas Travel Alliance board for over two decades, including as Chair in 2008. He has led Travel PAC initiatives, testified at the Capitol, mentored emerging professionals, and fostered collaboration across the industry. His leadership helped shape a new era for TTA - one grounded in innovation, unity, and purpose.

Nationally, Brad has chaired the National Caves Association and served on the U.S. Travel Association’s National Council of Attractions. Through the Clara Heidemann Wuest Family Scholarship at Texas A&M, he continues to invest in the future of tourism by supporting students pursuing careers in the field.

“Brad Wuest is a steward of the land, a champion of community, and a beacon of hospitality,” said Erika Boyd, CEO of the Texas Travel Alliance. “His enduring commitment to the Texas travel industry and his leadership that uplifts others make him a truly deserving recipient of the Tall in Texas Award.”
