About Davis Phillips Davis Phillips is the President and CEO of Phillips Entertainment, Inc. based in San Antonio, Texas. PEI operates a variety of successful travel, tourism, and entertainment related businesses all across San Antonio including Ripley’s Haunted Adventure, Guinness World Records Museum, Tomb Rider 3D Adventure Ride and Arcade and 2 Extreme Escape locations.
