We have put together the following tours for the Travel & Tourism College students.  All tours will take place on Wednesday, June 26, 2024. Deadline to register is this Monday, June 24th at 2:00PM.

Experience the Heart of the Texas A&M Hotel - 1:30PM
Join us for an exclusive 2-hour tour of the Texas A&M Hotel's Back of House to see Housekeeping & Culinary departments hotel operations up close and personal. Learn about the award-winning Housekeeping process/protocols, receive a tutorial on how to make a hotel perfect bed followed by a unique kitchen tour and Executive Chef led BBQ education course with demonstration and special tasting!
Tour limited to 20 people. (Registration required; no cost)

Messina Hof Winery Tour - 3:00PM
Enjoy an educational tour of the vineyard, production, and bottling areas. Also included is a tasting of 4 wines. Participants must arrive no later than 2:50pm and transportation is on you own.
(Tour is limited to 20 people. There is a fee of $29.50/person required in advance.)

Tour of the TEEX Brayton Fire Training Field - 1:30PM
TEEX Brayton Fire Training Field is a 297-acre facility attracts that more than 45,000 emergency responders from all 50 states and more than 45 countries each year. Training occurs all during all 52 weeks, nearly every day of the year.
The 132 specific training stations offer emergency responders instruction in firefighting, rescue, emergency medical services, hazardous materials, marine, aircraft, and emergency management. Texas A&M Task Force 1 and Texas Task Force 2, the state’s elite urban search and rescue teams, are sponsored by TEEX
