2023 Texas Travel Expo

ABOUT TEXAS TRAVEL EXPO The TTA Texas Travel Expo (formerly Texas Travel Fair) is an annual trade show providing expo participants the opportunity to showcase their destination or attraction to Texas Travel Counselors as part of the Texas Travel Counselors Conference (TTCC) sponsored by the Texas Department of Transportation - Travel Information Division.
The travel counselors who attend this event work at Texas Department of Transportation Travel Information Centers, city visitor centers, Texas State Parks, and Texas Highways magazine. These professionals give guidance to millions of travelers to Texas each year.
As part of the training for travel counselors, expo participants are invited to discuss their destinations, attractions or events during the conference and at the Texas Travel Expo. Registration includes scheduled appointments and other activities designed to put you face-to-face with travel counselors during the trade show and in informal settings.
NOTE: If you are interested in registering for the full week of the Texas Travel Counselors Conference (TTCC), please contact Elizabeth Watson at 512-486-5800. TTCC consists of 4 days of training and workshops for full-time travel counselors from visitor information centers operated by cities. Attendance is mandatory to all scheduled activities over the 4 days.
Materials to bring to Texas Travel Expo: Approximately 100 copies of a one-sheet with your newest attractions, events and information that each travel counselor will bring back to their visitors/information centers to share with other staff and use to counsel travelers planning to visit your area of the state.
Important:
Please be aware that TxDOT’s ethics policy strictly forbids all agency employees to accept any gifts whatsoever. Therefore, TxDOT travel counselors are no longer allowed to accept the kind of promo items that you may have brought in the past.
Travel Information Centers are permitted to distribute small promotional items to their visitors on your behalf (such as pencils or lapel pins); items like these can be shipped directly to the centers for distribution.
This is an agency-wide policy applied to all TxDOT employees.

Non-member Early-bird Rate - $525/booth
*Early-bird rates end at 5 PM onFebruary 24, 2023. After February 24, 2023, the regular rate will apply.
Regular Rates: Member Regular Rate - $525/booth - SOLD OUT
Non-Member Rate - $625/booth - SOLD OUT
Additional persons in booth - $140/person
Cancellation Policy: Full
refunds can be issued until 5 PM on March 17, 2023. No refunds will be
issued after 5 PM on March 17, 2023. This cancellation policy helps us
ensure the most accurate counts possible for the event. For questions
