ABOUT THE UNITY PROGRAM                                                                          

Join your colleagues from across the industry for this exciting series of education, advocacy, and networking opportunities. Come learn how we are Strengthening Travel Together and how your voice is critical to the industry's recovery and success.

This year's programming begins with education sessions and networking opportunities, followed by the annual auction, reception, and dinner. Converge on the Capitol will follow the next day.

2023 REGISTRATION                                                                                         

REGISTRATION RATES - EDUCATION ONLY

Early-bird registration rates for the Unity Education Only held on February 14-15th:

  • Early-bird Member Rate - $295/person (includes Tuesday education sessions and reception; and Wednesday education sessions and lunch only)
  • Early-bird Non-member Rate - $395/person (includes Tuesday education sessions and reception; and Wednesday education sessions and lunch only)

*Early-bird deadline is 5pm on Thursday, January 12, 2023. After January 12th, rates will be at the regular rate below.

Regular registration rates for the Unity Education Only held on February 14-15th:

  • Regular Member Rate - $315/person (includes Tuesday education sessions and reception; and Wednesday education sessions and lunch only)
  • Regular Non-member Rate - $415/person (includes Tuesday education sessions and reception; and Wednesday education sessions and lunch only)

*If attending all events, make sure to select both the education ticket and the Unity table or individual seat ticket option for the dinner.

Early-bird registration rates for the Texas Travel Industry Unity Dinner held the evening of February 15th: 

  • Member Preferred Dinner Unity Table - $2,500 (includes 1 table of 8, to be placed within the first 3-4 rows of the stage) - limited number of tables available
  • Member Unity Dinner Table - $1,400 (includes 1 table of 8)
  • Non-member Unity Dinner Table - $1,800 (includes 1 table of 8)
  • Member Unity Dinner Individual Seat - $225/seat
  • Non-member Unity Dinner Individual Seat - $355/seat

*Early-bird deadline is 5pm on Thursday, January 12, 2023. After January 12th, rates will be at the regular rate below.

Regular registration rates for the Texas Travel Industry Unity Dinner held the evening of February 15th: 

  • Member Preferred Dinner Unity Table - $2,500 (includes 1 table of 8, to be placed within the first 3-4 rows of the stage) - SOLD OUT
  • Member Unity Dinner Table - $1,600 (includes 1 table of 8)
  • Non-member Unity Dinner Table - $2,000 (includes 1 table of 8)
  • Member Unity Dinner Individual Seat - $245/seat
  • Non-member Unity Dinner Individual Seat - $375/seat

*If attending all events, make sure to select both the education ticket and the Unity table or individual seat ticket option for the dinner.


Cancellation Policy - Full refund until 5:00 PM on January 13, 2023. No refunds after 5:00 PM on January 13,2023.
